The NextGen Dream Builders Career Exploration Camp is a dynamic and engaging summer program designed to inspire and empower youth ages 5–12 through hands-on learning and real-world experiences. This free, four-week camp introduces students to a variety of career pathways, helping them discover their interests, build confidence, and begin envisioning their future goals.

Throughout the program, participants will explore careers in fields such as healthcare, technology, construction, entrepreneurship, public safety, and the arts. Each day is filled with interactive activities, guest speakers, creative projects, and team-building experiences that make learning both fun and meaningful.

Campers will engage in:
